At present there are 30 villas available on a timeshare basis through various timeshare organisations including Quality Vacation Club, Dream Vacations and Flexi Club. Because of high demand, it is necessary to book well in advance.

Many villa owners now spacebank time in their own villas with R.C.I. The advantage to the owner is that he can utilise this to exchange for time in another resort and at the same time, timeshare avilability at Caribbean Estates is increased.

It should be noted that because Caribbean Estates has a high trading power on the R.C.I. evaluation system, an owner can exchange for the same length of time in a resort of similar calibre, or for a longer period in a resort with a lower rating.

Conversely, holidaymakers wishing to utilise timeshare at Caribbean Estates will have to ensure that their R.C.I. trading power is sufficiently high to make use of an Estate Villa.
