The rental pool is operated on-site. The majority of homeowners make use of this facility on a permanent or occasional basis. Owners choose the times most suited to their own requirements for renting out, retaining the villa for their own use and/or timeshare purposes as they wish.

In high season, such as Christmas or Easter, demand outstrips supply. During the remainder of the year, there is a steady requirement for weekend accommodation. Overflow guests from the Wild Coast Sun are often accommodated at Caribbean Estates.
